Hello, and welcome to my blog, Of Pens and Swords. I have loved reading all my life, and I am starting this book blog with the hopes of being able to share and discuss my opinions of the various books I read!

I am a college student majoring in English. I primarily read YA and adult fantasy, though I read a lot of contemporary romance and literary fiction as well, in addition to occasionally straying into middle grade.

Some of my favorite authors include Holly Black, Leigh Bardugo, Cassandra Clare, Fredrik Backman, Sara Nisha Adams, and Jane Austen.
